I always wanted to be a photographer as a kid, studied technique in Life magazine in the 1950's, went to Journalism school in the '50s, got a full-time job with UPI Newspictures in the 1960's and 1970's, KC Art Institute in the early '80s, and the KU Medical Center in the late '80's. Being a photographer is the best job in the world. You can quote me on that. D.
